Absolute disaster. Took the money and ran. Before the project was half done.
But first- Demolition of asbestos and lead without testing or hazardous cleanup. Toddlers live here.
Demolition of the wrong walls. Misrepair of said wall and window. The window now hangs out of the frame and is twisted.
Finished walls over electric that didn’t pass inspection. Their electrician made outlets not work in other parts of the house and left live wires exposed. With toddlers in the house.
And that’s not all. Substandard painting over those walls and poor drywall. Just a disaster.
Took the money to order the windows but didn’t. Instead they went on a long vacation to Disney. And when they returned said ‘oh I frogot’ And by the way I can’t find any subcontractors to finish so you’ll want to find a different GC.
And we have been left with an unfinished mess. The 6 week project turned into 6 months now and likely close to a year before it will be done.
Avoid them at all costs.
