  From the estimate to the job being completed, this was a first class experience. Their price was the best out of 3 estimates I received from other companies, they showed up on time and actually completed the work earlier than expected. Everything was cleaned up and looked amazing....I highly recommend them!

  The Police had to be called!

  We had several pool screen panels blow out due to Hurricane Irma. We previously had this company replace some other pool screen panels a year and a half ago, so we called them again to do this job. I talked with a man in the office. He set up an afternoon appointment for eight days later. On the early afternoon of the appointment day, I called the office to confirm the appointment and got an answering machine. I left a message, got no response, and no one showed up to do the job. I called again late the same afternoon, got the answering machine again, left another message, stating that no one had showed up and to please call me. I then called the owner's, Santiago, cell phone, and I was routed to the office and again got the answering machine. Early the next morning a person by the name of Peter called from his cell phone and left a message on our answering machine, stating that he would do the job that same afternoon. At 2:30 pm no one had shown up, so I called the office to confirm that someone would be coming. Again, I got the answering machine and left a message. I then called Peter's cell phone. He answered, and I asked him when he expected to be by that afternoon, and he said he couldn't tell me; he mumbled something about not having my paperwork in front of him. I asked him how late he would still come by, and he wouldn't answer that, either; he just stated that he "was doing the best that (he) can". But he did confirm that he would be by to do the job that afternoon again he said he would definitely do the job that afternoon. I waited for him all afternoon again for the second day in a row, and he didn't show up. At 7 pm I called Peter again, and he had nothing to say other than, "call the company". I let Peter know what I thought about him, he hung up on me. I called the company's answering machine and let them know that A Aluminum had done work for us in the past, but we will never hire them again. No responses, and a very poor choice of people to work for them.

  The next morning I was awaken by a man banging on my privacy fence in my back yard. He had thrown a ladder up against the locked gate and climbed over the fence. When I went to the back door and saw him in my lanai. I told him he had to leave! he squared off towards me and said "What are you going to do. Throw me out tough guy". After the fourth time telling him to leave my property and telling him he was trespassing. He decided to walk to the front of my house and start screaming how he was going to kick my ass and how I had it coming and one day soon I would get what I had coming to me. After the Police came Wesley H. apologized and said he should have left my property when he was asked rather than making a scene. I told him he should have knocked at the door or rang the doorbell rather than climbing over my locked fence. I guess not only does this company not return call's they don't bother communicating with there employees, because it was made clear the night before A Aluminum was not welcome to my home.

  If you want a company that doesn't return calls, doesn't keep appointments, and shows up days after there supposed to, whenever they want to, A company that you have to call the police after being threatened repeatedly just for asking them to leave before they even give you a price. Then you should call A Aluminum & Rescreening company.
