To be perfectly honest, I can’t in good conscience give A & H Construction of Uniontown, PA even one star, but since this review seems to require it then one it is. Their behavior was so unprofessional and so completely lacking in any semblance of business integrity in their dealings with me that I strongly advise you to avoid ever dealing with them.
I called them to have a job done, they accepted the job and gave me the price for it, to which I agreed. Then they began to hedge as to when they might to the job, claiming conflicts. I finally got them to agree to a date and time and they simply did not show up, no calls to tell me they weren’t coming despite the fact that they knew someone had arranged to be there all day to facilitate their doing the job. Despite repeated calls, voice messages, and text messages they steadfastly refused to answer any of them. I even told them that if for some reason they did not want to do the job they had committed to, to simply give me a call and tell me so I could make other arrangements. They even refused to honor that simple request.
Personally I find that kind of treatment of a customer shameful, disrespectful, and discourteous. It also shows a lack of business integrity. Additionally, this apparent lack of the simple business ethic and integrity to honor a commitment they made speaks volumes about being able to trust them.
Based on my personal experience with this outfit, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere and save yourself from possibly, no make that probably experiencing similar treatment from them.
