I rate this electrician very highly. He always kept in contact with me during the bidding process and was punctual for the job I wanted done (Wiring a set of pathway lights). The job was done efficiently and neatly in less than two hours. Another electrician quoted a much higher price and wanted to sell me a much more elaborate job than I wanted.
