Robert (the owner) was pleasant to deal with until he got the first check. Then he was very hard to get a hold of (later found out he blocked my phone number while the project was still underway). When we managed to catch him he was always very grumpy and we were afraid to talk to him. His crew caused tens of thousands of damage to our property. He filed an insurance claim but his insurance carrier has been very difficult to deal with and, several months later, we are still waiting for a settlement check. Construction projects can be stressful. This has been excruciating.
