    Leaky faucet

    I had the same experience with the other reviewers. They hardly ever answer their phone. When they do, they tell you they will be by at a certain time and then you never hear from them again. Unreliable and unresponsive.

    DO NOT USE!!!! This plumber was recommended by my landlord and I agree with the previous review. It took a week to get in contact with this man all the while the problem worsened. I explained to him the EXACT problem. He assured me he would come at a certain time and never called to cancel, never answered his phone, and never showed up. Four days later he finally answered the phone and said he'd be there AGAIN at a certain time and didn't show up. I called him later in the day and he came to my house, looked at the problem (the same clogged drain I had described on the phone) and left saying he didn't have a snake in his truck!! If it weren't for the fact that my landlord was paying for this then I would have called Roter Rooter!! I've used them before and had no complaints. Castro Plumbing, however, has given me nothing but a headache!! (yes, I did inform the landlord about this)

    Castro Plumbing. This contractor is unreliable and unresponsive. After calling, showing up at my home and scheduling an appointment to do repairs, Castro never showed up the next morning as scheduled, never called to inform he would not be arriving, never called to say he would be late and never answered or returned my calls.

    I do not recommend Castro Plumbing. I would recommend that you hire a more dependable plumber.
