Please beware of the lies and inability to meet agreed upon commitments by this company. Your money is better spent being thrown away! We agreed to be serviced by the company for yard work in Spring 2023 for thousands of dollars. The company was paid in full even though work was not completed, because we thought we trusted Andres. After finding shoddy work, it was reported and the owner claimed he will come over to fix them. This promise was repeated in Summer as well as Fall of 2023, each time with a new excuse as to why he could not come over. In November 2023, we were promised that they will be taking care of the issues in April 2024 for sure, which then turned into May 2024. Finally, on the date of the final commitment, the owner responded first that he was feeling sick, and then that he was going out of business and to find someone else. Andres went back on the multiple promises he had made as a result of extremely poor work being done, even though being paid in full with work still remaining. Agreed upon fabric was never installed in some areas, while light mulch was sprinkled on top of the fabric in other areas. Even after being told that he would get paid extra for his work, Andres kept on lying and telling us they will be there to fix their issues FOR MORE THAN ONE YEAR! The owner took advantage of decency and has not shown any remorse for his mistakes. Please be aware and ensure you find someone else who is reliable, trustworthy and does not lie to you.
