We engaged A Herman's Roofing because we had a leak in our roof. Since the roof was old, we just decided to get the entire roof done. I made it clear to Gary that it was very important to get the leak fixed in the whole process of replacing the roof. He said it may take some trial and error because the leak was over a patio room and the room had a deck on it. He caulked around some of the pillars that were holding up the deck above the patio room. He said, if that doesn't take care of the problem, he would be back to fix it. Well, he never came back after repeated requests by me for him to fix it. He basically did not fix the problem. He is extremely unprofessional and does not any integrity as far as I'm concerned. I gave him one star because I'm assuming the part that he did complete is OK. I guess time will tell on that, though.

Permits

I used because of a referral. Overall, I was happy with the roof installation. Gave them a product number to use for the roofing. They purchased the wrong roofing color and charged me a restocking fee to get the correct product.
Also had them do my guttering. Now very happy with this part of the installation. Two story home and they removed one downspout from a section that previously had 2 downspouts. During a heavy rain with clean gutters, the single downspout can not handle the water flow and it spills out at the other end (low end) away from where downspout is located. Have had to reinstall 2 sections that came loose.
