Whole experience was terrible been in house 3 months basement walls cracked and leaking in 3 different spots water coming up through basement floor. Tiled patio floods every time it rains lights flicker furnace whistles. They lie and over charge. And all my wood floors squeak throughout the house. Would not recommend at all.
