I'm partly the fault here I hired Mr. Foley mostly for the reason that he was well liked by other members of our Christian Organization so with that I hired him to install new cabinet doors in kitchen and drawers to include hardware and gave him half the cost of his estimated bid prior to initiating his work. Mr. Foley initialed our contract agreement and I did not. Huge mistake. Mr. Foley quickly deposited my check the day after and some six-months having gone by informed me that he could not perform his work as we had agreed upon and to date he still owes me a my deposit refund of $1,200.00 dollars. Be ware in trusting a colleague.
