The owner of this company (Joseph) is terrible and I would urge everyone not to ever hire him for any kind of work.
Because of the February snow storm, some damages happened to my swimming pool equipment. So, I bought and replaced the damaged ones by myself. However, the system did not work. So, I hired this company to see what is wrong and fix it.
Instead of fixing the system, he broke the water pump housing and the water heater. instead of letting me know, he texted my that he finished the job and wanted to get paid (over $1500). When I asked him to run the system and show me that the system is working properly, the looks on his face changed as if he was planning to hide what he did. When I tried to run the system by myself, I saw all the damages he caused to it. When I asked him to explain how we ended up in this situation he tried to falsely claim that those damages were from the snow storm. In fact, the water heater and the pump housing were working fine before he came.
Anyway, I paid him and hired another contractor to fix the stupidity that Joseph left behind. These two items costed my $4,000.00 plus labor charges.
This guy is terrible and can not be trusted to do any kind of job, and I would never recommend him to anyone.
By the way, if you see any review that would give this company anything more than one star it is a fake review.
