    The work I had done was A+ and there was never a time when a "signed contract" was never fulfilled within the time promised.....There was only one time where a problem with the "manufacturer" would have delayed installation indefinitely (absolutely no fault on the part of the contractor)......without question, Mr. Duffy returned my deposit money. I plan on having additional work done in the future and will have no hesitation on hiring this firm...….5 star quality

    He is a thief! I gave him a deposit, he said he’d do the screen enclosure in 1 month. Three months went by and he had every excuse in the book to not do it yet. He must have a medical problem because he screamed at me a lot and was very scarey. He was threatening. My neighbor also hired him at the same time that I did. He finally put up her screen and said he’d come and do mine right after that. It’s now 8 months later and he told me he didn’t have the money for the supplies. He wouldn’t return my deposit. I took him to small claims court but they weren’t able to serve him the summons (he wouldn’t answer the door), so the judge in court would not hear the case. I reported him to state licensing. I also reported him to the Better Business Bureau. I never got my money back and I see I’m not the only one. Stay away from him,

    Build a Screen Room
    $5,600

    Worse contractor ever... Never showed when expected, Jekyll or a Hyde personality. Threatening me to Pay, before he even finished the Screen Room. Sadly after I paid him, due to this demeanor, "To Date ( 6 months ) later he has never come back to finish my porch."......
    Roof Screens loose (go up & down in wind). " TWO " of my side screen where damaged. He said he would replace them, due to his product being damaged.
    Neighbor hired him and gave him a deposit and "He has never came back to build her Screen Room". He refuses to give her back her deposit.. Taking him to court... Reported him to State Licensing Department...
