A South Jersey Waterproofing installed a french drain, crook and pump to waterproof my basement. With that came a lifetime guaranty. I have been having problems with water in my basement after several years and I left about three or four messages until someone finally called me back. Their field rep was scheduled to come out about a month ago and never showed up. I have subsequently left another five or so messages to reschedule and no response. My guess is they do not honor their warranty and are not returning my call because they do not stand by their work. Buyer beware!
