A man who identified himself as “Avi” (who formerly had done work for a company called Evergreen) and currently was working for A Team Builders Group,Inc. was chosen to remodel my kitchen, laundry and bathroom. I was told that the work could be done without my family having to get a hotel.
The demo crew didn’t properly disconnect and secure wiring to outlets and switches which caused short circuits and power surges to sensitive electrical systems ie. computer, adjustable bed and other outlets & switches in parts of the house that were not part of the scope of the work. They didn’t have a licensed electrician on site to properly terminating wiring. They eventually brought in an electrical contractor to correct some issues. I was having some health issues at the start of the project and “Avi” at one point had to have surgery so communication took place via text and phone calls for a large portion of the whole project. Some issues came up after project completion and were handled promptly and a couple of issues I’m not getting any help with after calling and texting. I thought they would stand behind their work since they finished the work around the end of October 2024. Still waiting to hear from “Avi”
