PLEASE READ: DO NOT USE. THESE GUYS ARE TERRIBLE: This place has been doing the landscaping for our home owner association over the last year. THEY COULD CARE LESS ABOUT YOU OR YOUR PROPERTY They constantly knock items off our porch and don't pick them up. I watched a guy through our blinds knock something off with his blower, stand their and look at it, and then continued on without picking it up. They actually cause more damage to the property than any good they do. When it rains, they just run through some muddy areas causing huge long tire marks and damage the landscaping. There mowers kick up dirt and grass and make the side of the properties really dirty and muddy and THE BEST PART OF IT IS, THERE MANAGEMENT IS TERRIBLE. 30 minutes ago THEY BROKE OUR WINDOW. The lawnmower shot a rock through our window. So we called GARY VANDELAC, the owner. We asked him when he would have someone out to look at the window and get it fixed. To show you how terrible Gary's customer service is, he got rude like we were inconveniencing him and said "i don't know, when they can get to it" and then after confronting him about his terrible way of handling the situation he said.......' WELL S**T HAPPENS". This is by far the worst way anybody could handle a situation like this. First, Gary and his terrible landscaping company has inconvenienced us, is causing us to take our time out of our day to deal with their mistakes, and he doesn't even have the customer service skills to at least apologize and make this right. Gary and his crappy company care about one thing......AND THAT'S TAKING YOUR MONEY. I hope you read this Gary, you should really be ashamed of yourself and anybody else reading this should not use this company. Take your time and find a reputable landscaping company that has good reviews and find a company that actually cares!!!
