They did a great job. They came out to do a cleaning of our dryer duct and found out that the way it was originally hooked up to the wall was wrong. They even went to Home Depot and got the materials they needed. All of this extra work and they only billed us for the original agreed upon fee. We are doing some reconstruction work and as soon as it is done we are bringing American Air Duct back to clean out our whole AC/heating ducts.

Company performed work on my dry vent and the day after I began experiencing problems with my dryer. It would take 3-4 cycles to dry one load. I contacted the company and was informed that they would come fix it when they had time basically. I then told them I was going to put a hold on payment until they came back to complete the work, at which time I was told they wouldn't come back then. I contacted another company and when they came out they showed me the problem. The pipe exhaust pipe which comes out of the dry was pinched shut and broken. This is a SERIOUS fire hazard and I had to then go to Lowes and purchase a new pipe and repair myself. I then contacted AAA Air Duct again and was basically asked "can you prove it". I was then hung up on. All I wanted was a refund of my $65 cleaning. I have contacted BBB and luckily my father is a lawyer and will be pursuing them in court (starting the process tomorrow). I also have LOTS of pictures.

Do NOT use this company for anything! They will come take your money and not do the job. They came to clean our dryer vent and broke the dryer and didn't clean the vent properly. Wouldn't refund our money back, hung up on us when we tried to contact them, wouldn't send another guy out to fix the job, and said they didn't care if we contacted the better business bureau. Honestly, these people are so rude and this company is so dysfunctional they shouldn't be allowed to have a license. You are better off doing the job yourself.

this company doesnt even deserve s a star. i had work done last week at my house and the manager not only lied over the phone but was rude and over charged me. he then continued to tell me that i dont know anything about my home. Worst expericnce and i will be sure to tell any one i know to never use this company.
