Horrific experience working with this company. I had a hot water tank installed and the owners son was the installer. I find out it was his first solo install. The water tank is in a closet which has a door. After the initial install the closet door would not close. The installer had to come back out, cut pipes and re position the water tank for the door to close. After the second install I pointed out that the electrical cover connecting the house wires to the water tank wires was not flush, which could be an issue with the electrical hookup. The installer assured me that was no issue. Now the circuit blows as the electrical was not properly hooked up. This installer is authorized by the building as a primary approved hot water tank installer. The installer informs me the wires from my unit are the wrong type of wires and I would have to have a electrician run new wires. But my unit out is the only unit with this wire issue. That can't be correct as all units would have the same wiring. The tank is not positioned properly for a safe connection. The building maintenance man direct connected the wiring. If the wire was an issue, then why does it work being directly connected. Aadler plumbing does not want to come back a 3rd time to address the issue caused by the owner's son, who was the installer.
