  Front Yard

  We wanted to transform our newly fenced front yard from grass to either concrete or pavers. We had a limited budget and did not know which we’ll be able to afford. We contacted Abi, he came, took measurements and gave us a very reasonable price for both concrete and pavers. We decided to go with pavers.
  Along the process, Abi always gave us his input and advise on things we would have never thought of without him nudging us to think about them, like laying down electric pipes before laying the foundation for the pavers and moving the AC’s compressor and paving underneath it.

  My wife is a bit hesitant and takes a bit of time to make a choice, especially when it comes to large projects like this one. Abi had to come multiple times and give us multiple options for the type and color of pavers and we finally made our choice and it was a really good one that we both like so much.

  When the workers removed the dirt and got things ready for the concrete base, one of the fence’s poles, which was originally drilled into an old concrete walk way that was removed, was not drilled deep enough into the ground, despite of informing the fence company that we are going to pave in the near future.

  Abi was kind enough to finish everything and leave this part until it was fixed and the AC compressor moved to a new location and then he came back and finished the rest without charging us a single cent more, or even appear to be upset about it. Not only that, after the pole which was holding the gate was fixed, it became clear that for the gate to open properly, the pavers had to be lowered and a step created which he did, again without being upset or any additional charges.

  At the end we now have a great looking, well built front yard and it was done promptly and professionally.

  Through out the project Abi and his people were respectful of us and the property, pleasant and on point.
