I would give this contractor negative stars if I could. He is primarily the money collector, while his family does all the work. This is not a problem, but they rarely ever showed up. He wanted money before completing majority of the work. Sometimes, his family would come for 10 minutes just to show their faces and end up leaving without doing any work. I ended up hiring another contractor, and he informed me that majority of the work done by Viliami (which wasn't that much) wasn't up to code. Do your research before hiring, he is very unprofessional. It seems like he just changed his company name to "Above All Concrete", as it was called "Concrete Images" before. Don't believe me?
