  BEWARE!!!! Do not use this company they are horrible. They were assigned to us from American Home Shield to repair our oven. I did not read the reviews until after they had showed up, my mistake! The technician showed up late for the first appointment, said he would order the part and an appointment was set for 1 week later. The day of the appointment we get a call after waiting all day and he says his truck broke down. Another appointment was set for one week later, the same thing happened a different technician calling saying they can't make it. I called American home shield and asked for my money back they said Accord Appliance showed up!! LIARS!! I have proof they did not come they have to be issued a pass from our guard gate!! I hope if you get this company assigned to you change it immediately, they are rip off artists. As for American Home Shield I am done with them too they keep this company even after years of horrible reviews. I am attaching the chat with AHS. They did not call me back either. This whole thing has taken up almost a month. It started May 20th.

  Repair microwave and dryer

  Just like everyone else. Stall, lie, delay, cancel American Home Shield order telling them it was Complete when they told me they were ordering 1 part each for microwave and dryer...even though both have multiple problems. It's been 2+ months, no communication....American Home Shield has been just as useless, they hire the worst repair companies, and then trap you in never-ending phone calls where they read a script saying there is nothing they can do. No USA supervisor, I've been told a dozen times There is No Supervisor. Endless time wasted. I'm thinking of filing a small claims complaint for Accord Appliance and American Home Shield and see if I can waste some of their time. Both scam companies in my opinion and experience.

  We didn’t have a choice, they are the warranty company. They are supposed to fix our washer.

  Our washer broke down October 17, 2023. After calling Lowe’s, where we purchased the washer and extended warranty, we were told to call the warranty company. When we spoke to the customer service agent, who was in the Philippines, they weren’t much help and we asked that a supervisor call us back, which they never did. So we finally got through to someone who referred us to Accord Appliance. We first contacted them on October 20, 2023 and we spoke to 2 very rude women. Initially we received an appointment on October 30, 2023 for a technician to visit the house and inspect the washer. Now the technician was very nice and knowledgeable. He knew exactly what 2 parts were needed when I gave him the error codes from the washer. The problem is with Accord Appliance. The technician said they will only approve 1 part at a time and sometimes he will have to make 3 separate visits, before the problem gets corrected. He was as frustrated as we were, because he’s a private contractor who doesn’t get paid until the problem gets resolved. So basically the company wastes his time, as well as ours. The technician said the parts should come in within 3 to 4 days and that Accord Appliance will then contact us and he will then come back to our house and hopefully fix the washer. Haha, I guess the jokes on us. We never received a call and it is now November 24, 2023. We actually called them 6 more times and they either never answer the phones, hang up on us, or gave us different dates as to when the parts will come in. Each time, the part doesn’t come in on the day they promised and when we ask for a supervisor to call us, they never do. I will be following up with a complaint to the Better, Business Bureau and a letter to the CEO of Lowe’s. We actually went into Lowe’s to complain to the General Manager of the Hemet store and he said he couldn’t do anything. I would definitely warn consumers NOT to buy the extra warranty with Lowe’s. Lowe’s definitely needs to sever ties with Accord Appliance. It is one of the WORST companies I’ve ever had to deal with. The lack of customer service is horrific and the so called dispatcher is so unprofessional and doesn’t know her job.

  Absolutely terrible service. LACK OF COMMUNICATION, POOR WORKMENSHIP, LIERS....Accord Appliance Service Inc.
  IM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS COMPANY FOR THE LACK OF WORK THEY PROVIDED. THIS COMPANY TOLD MY HOME WARRANTY COMPANY, THAT THEY COULDN'T SERVICE MY WASHER BECAUSE, IT WAS UPSTAIRES, AND NOT accessible, BUT TOLD ME, THAT THEY WOULD HAVE TO ORDER THE PARTS, AND WOULD probably NOT BE COVERED. LIE! THIS COMPANY IS SO unorganized THE DISPATCHER OR scheduler COULD NOT RELAY THE MAKE AND MODEL THAT WE PROVIDED TO THEM PRIOR TO THE SERVICE TECH COMING OUT. LACK OF communication. AHS SHOULD FEEL HUMILIACTED RECOMMENDING THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. I DONT KNOW HOW THEY KEEP THE LIGHTS ON WITH THE POOR SERVICE THEY PROVIDE.
  SO, FOLKS PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS PRIOR TO ENGAGING WITH BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED IN RANCHO BELARGO. IF THERE WAS A LOWER RATING THAN 1 STAR...THEY WOULD RECEIVE A 0.

  Fix washing machine

  Absolutely terrible service. Could not figure out how to fix my washing machine so rather than come back, they submitted a report to my warranty company (American Home Shield), that I had overloaded my washer and caused the damage by abusing it. This is after they tried to fix the balance issue in it and told me they didn't know how to fix it. So lie your way out, screw the customer, instead of actually doing what you are paid to do. Hire any company but this one!

  TERRIBLE COMPANY. THEIR TECH MESSED UP MY OVEN OCT 2019. I CALL ONCE A WEEK, NO ONE HAS HELPED ME. ALL THEY DO IS LIE AND PUT YOU OFF. THE WORST COMPANY EVER, I HAVE RETAINED A LAWYER.

  I requested microwave and oven repair through American Home Shield (my home warranty company). They sent out Accord Appliance on January 7, 2020. Repairman stated he needed to order parts for both items. He would be back in 7 to 10 days. I called after 2 weeks and was told they had the microwave parts but still waiting on parts for the oven and they expected it to arrive on the 21st. I called back after that date and they said my order was cancelled! I asked why and they could not tell me. They called back and said they have the parts for my microwave and waiting for oven parts and it should be arriving tomorrow (the 24th). I called back on the 26th and they said the order was cancelled!!!! WHAT!!!???? I asked to speak to some one else. She refused to let me talk to anyone saying there was nothing they could do. I hung up. Called back later and was told the part would be arriving that day and they would call me to set appt. I told them if the part for the oven does not arrive I still want them to come and fix the microwave. She said they could not do that. I again asked to speak to supervisor. She said no one else was there to talk to. I called back on the 29th to check on the status and once again I was told the order was cancelled. What the heck is going on!!!!! Once again I asked to speak to supervisor. She refused. I told her I was coming down in person and hung up on her. She called back about 5 minutes later and stated they have the part for the microwave and the part for the oven would arrive tomorrow and they would call me to set appt once oven part has arrived. OMG they have been telling me that every time I call (after they tell me the order has been cancelled) so I have no idea if they really have the microwave parts or not. I called back to my home warranty company (American Home Shield) to tell them the situation and they tried to contact Accord Appliance but could not get through so they sent a "recall" notice to them which issued a new claim #. I have still not heard from them. I called back to American Home Shield and they tried once again to contact Accord Appliance but could not get through to them. American Home Shield sent over yet another email as well as left voice mail message telling them to contact me. Terrible Service. No Service. Still waiting! I think the ONLY reason they are even in business is because of the contract they have with home warranty companies. Every site I look at for reviews about them show they only have 1 star. Be warned: If you have an option to choose your own repair company DO NOT CHOOSE ACCORD APPLIANCE!
