worst experience ever! Brad Bowen is a liar, he dodges phone calls, says he will be here and doesn't show. our system has been down all winter and getting nothing but excuses from him. He installed and is under warranty and is not doing the work as promised. He showed up took it apart for 3 weeks claiming waiting on parts. Returned today claimed to have fixed it, told guys in the shop it is good to go, slipped out the back door unknown to me and is blowing 61 degrees on heat. Now won't return calls or texts. I am turning him into the state contractors licensing board, BBB, and will probably have to sue this clown for the cost of hiring another HVAC company to do his work. Absolutely horrible experience!

We hired Brad Bowen (Accutemp) to put in HVAC. Brad always had an excuse why he didn't show up on time, and drug the job out over 2 months. He never got a final inspection. He damaged the heating unit and now it needs repair, and parts were missing from the AC unit. The permit will soon expire and now I have to hire a different contractor to finish the job, not sure what that will entail, have to have an inspection to see what all needs to be done. He's a liar and he is worthless! After I hire a contractor and get the work done, my next step will be to take Brad to small claims court to try to recoup my money. No recommendation for Accutemp, Brad is a liar, a cheat and has poor workmanship. He is undependable. All the characters of a crook. Save your money and go somewhere else!!!
