Aroma was hired by the buyers to perform a radiant heating system inspection of the house that I am selling. They took 3 hours for the inspection and could not figure out how the heat zones control valves worked. They determined that the system bleed valve was faulty because water came out when they opened it up, when it really showed that there was no air in the system.
The potential buyer was in attendance and was so concerned that the system was in bad shape that they hired a second inspector who looked at the system and confirmed that it was working properly.
I would not let this company work on any radiant heating system as they clearly do not know what they are doing.
