I have never left a review before, however I feel very strongly that Acorn Gas Co should be congratulated for having outstanding employees and service. My 1st contact was with Katrina (who answered the phone). She was VERY helpful and knowledgeable and helped me begin the process of learning what to do and how to accomplish what I needed. My 2nd contact was with Rich. Rich inspected my old and my "new" gas lines. He went above and beyond his scope of work and made what could have been a VERY bad situation end up good. He prevented my family from possible harm due to poor installation of new gas lines by another trade. Acorn management, if you are reading this, please acknowledge Rich's excellent customer service in some way. He is an amazing asset to your company. My 3rd contact was the actual delivery of the propane. The driver was on time, courteous and also willing to answer any and all questions I may have had.
I congratulate Acorn Gas and their employees for a job VERY VERY WELL DONE!
