RBBC gutted out, rehabed and raised my house through the NYC Build it back program. I think the work they did on my home was very well done and I thought they operated in a professional manner. The work they did looks and operates very well, they did everything that the program told me would be done and then threw in several things I know are not covered in the program. They started my house 2 weeks after I moved out and completed it in 14 mos, which is a somewhat shorter time frame than average for BIB. Mr. Bob Sands was my project manager and I would absolutely recommend him and RBBC to a friend. From what I've heard, people in Broad Channel in the BIB program were happy with the work RBBC did on their homes, at least I have not heard any complaints.
