Measured the counter tops for the master bath and kitchen once, not twice. The custom tops did not fit and the cut to make them fit was sheared, not smooth on the Formica. Did not look good. The home owner was appalled new counters would look like that.

Highly dishonest. He horrifically messed up our kitchen. We hired him for a kitchen renovation and within weeks the tiles started to crack. An independent investigation by Lowe's revealed installer error. His response was I hope you run out the clock so the warranty expires on their contract. He refused to take responsibility even after Lowe's told him it was his fault. I understand mistakes can happen but it's how he handled them that greatly upsets us. Now our entire kitchen has to be redone again as all tile has to be ripped out.
