I hired Adamo to build a custom home for my family and I and what a terrible mistake that turned out to be. As others have mentioned, the warranty issues, of which there have been many, continue to be an issue more than a year after taking ownership and the excuses that they come up as to why they aren't responsible for fixing them are endless. I could go on all day on the reasons that I would never use Adamo again but put simply I wouldn't hire them again to hang a picture frame much less build a house. What an awful, awful experience. Don't make the same mistake that I did, do yourself a favor and find a different builder. Also note that on this review site, many of the 5 star reviews that they received aren't even from homeowners but instead from contractors or vendors that they use, so it makes sense for their own bottom-line that these companies would give positive reviews. Stay away!
