Dissatisfied. The quality of work was not good. The tile work was sloppy. The grout line spacing is all over the place. Less than a year later the grout is beginning to crack away in some spots and there are regions where the thinset shows through the grout. The painter got paint all over the newly laid tile, grout, and schluter strip. I spent hours cleaning that up. The only positive was their demo team who were professional and clean.
