It took a month to get a hello e-mail from Ron Williams at Aegean Pools in Chesapeake, VA and that was after we contacted the fiberglass pool company Barrier Reef Pools as well (Aegean is their local rep). Then he wanted us to wait another week and a half before he would contact us again. I was fluent in what I wanted (fiberglass pool) and spelled everything out for him in an e-mail along with a survey & yard dimensions and still he wouldn't give a bid because I wanted to use all Pentair equipment and he wanted to sell me Hayward equipment. For my $80K - $100K I was not allowed to choose my own motor/pump, filter, heater/chiller, salt cell, etc. All so he could snake a few more thousand on jacked up prices for his Hayward equipment. Absolutely sad...
