    DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF AN ADU/GUEST HOUSE.

    I PAID AFDI CONSTRUCTION INC. AND IT'S OWNERS HAKEEM OGUNMOWO AND TYLER OGUNMOWO THE SUM OF $100,000 TO GO TOWARDS BUILDING A GUEST HOUSE/ADU ON MY EXSISTING PROPERTY LOCATED IN PALMDALE, CA. AND ALL THEY DID FOR $100.000 DOLLARS WAS HAVE DRAWINGS MADE AND A WATER LINE TRENCHED ACROSS MY BACK YARD. AFTER THAT THEY STOLE MY MONEY $100,000 BECAUSE THEY DID NO OTHER WORK AFTER THAT FEW HUNDRED DOLLARS OF INITIAL WORK JUST MAKING THE DRAWINGS AND RUNNING A WATER LINE THROUGH THE DIRT. LA COUNTY DENIED GIVING THEM ANY PERMITS TO BUILD THE GUEST HOUSE/ADU SO I FIRED THEM AND WAS SUPPOSED TO GET A FULL REFUND OF THE $100,000 THAT I PAID THEM IN FACT THEY EVEN PUT THAT IN WRITING THAT I WOULD GET A FULL REFUND OF MY $100,000 BUT THEY NEVER GAVE ME ANY MONEY BACK AT ALL NOT EVEN A PENNY! SO I HAD TO HIRE AN ATTOMERY AND SUE THEM WHICH I'M GOING THROUGH RIGHT NOW I HAVE AN OPEN LAWSUIT AGAINST THEM IN LA COUNTY FOR "FRAUD" AND "BREACH OF CONTRACT" AND ANYONE WHO WANTS TO VERIFY THIS INFORMATION HERE IS THE COURT CASE#: 21AVCVOO720 THE LAWSUIT WAS FILED IN LOS ANGELES COUNTY @ THE PALMDALE COURT HOUSE IN SEPT 2021 JUST LAST MONTH. LET THIS BE A WARNING TO ANYONE THINKING OF HIRING THEM OR THEIR COMPANY I'M HAVING TO SUE THEM TO GET MY MONEY BACK!!!
