I honestly do not even want to give this company a one star review. We were told the job takes approximately 10 days, which turned into several months and there are things that still need to be fixed. The job started August 2, 2021 and went on till probably November. Workers never arrived at the time they were suppose to, and only stayed on average for 4 hours or less. We have had so many issues with things the carpenter has done wrong. He damaged the floor, and the fix was to fill it with some kind of filler and Craig said he would not be replacing the tile. The floor tiles are not flat, some have raised corners and none are evenly spaced. He cut the baseboard wrong, and again...quick fix, filled with wood filler and painted. Right now, the biggest issues that are still ongoing is the bathroom door. The floor is not level (which they installed, including sub floor), which meant the door frame would have had to be installed to accommodate this, but it wasn't, so the door would not stay open. Instead of fixing the frame correctly, they sent the carpenter back to bend the hinge pins, now there is just gaps around the door and you can see how unlevel it is. Another issue is the heater vent cover that the carpenter felt would be better to secure it to the wall permanently because he obviously was not installing it properly and now it can not be removed to clean inside the vent, or the vent itself. Also, the slider to adjust the vent does not open completely, it will only go up half way, which when I pointed this out to Craig, he tried to tell me it was normal. At one point Christine told me that they would send out a different contractor, but that never happened, and they have totally ignored emails, calls, and even the Better Business Bureau. They are very unprofessional and Craig is very arrogant. My best advice is to stay clear of this company. I have saved every email saying they would correct the issues, as well as pictures
