  A huge shout out and Thank You to Affordable Builders for coming last minute to install our flooring. Not only did they accept the job with less than 48 hours notice they came on a weekend and with smiles on their faces. Their work is stellar ? They do almost everything so if you need work done on your home I would give them a call. ????

  Affordable?Not for us, this wannabe contractor knowingly used mismatched materials/leftovers while attempting repairs to our home with unprofessional methods AND charged for new materials, he left some areas incomplete. We discovered this after this guy did not respond to issues showing regarding the job, we contacted a real contractor who informed us damage was caused to our home. Well the wannabe avoided contact/accountability, his goal was money! The extensive damage this guy did was very expensive to correct. So, AFFORDABLE, Not At All! He cannot hide forever. Unfortunately, discovering this guy has many victims in this community. Do not trust this guy.

  It's taken me a year and half to post this review. I'd absolutely run from this Company Affordable Builders. For even though you talk to them three times about the project they don't listen. Even though the gentleman whose company it is agrees with it all. Yet when the project begins he took so many short cuts that almost 60% or more has to be redone or taken off completely. He ran out of materials and decided to take my Metal roof which is Gallery Blue and use White Metal and then paint it. Then he took a support pole, put a brick on the ground jacked up the roof and set it down on the brick. Telling me it'll sag and he'll just come out and reset the pole. Then as he was replacing the trim around the porch he didn't have the right size and put in a smaller size because this is what he had not was required. Afterwards even though we discussed putting in my porch and step railing which measured 40' or so. He put in 32' and needed extra money to put in the step railing even though he had it already there requiring several hundred more. And most of the railing is slanted and not leveled. Before he put the metal roof on he was supposed to level out the gutters. No wasn't done. Now the gutters have to totally come off to get the gutter level. These are just some of the things that was done. Except what I paid him thousands to do I'll have to spend thousands again to replace or repair all of it. I'm not sure yet if the Vinyl Post he put in as the 4x4 wood inserts but will find out more when the porch is redone thanks to this company. Please as a retired DISABLED VETERAN run from this company - FAST!!!!

  roof repair tear off old and reshingle half of roof

  DO NOT CALL THIS GUY FOR ANY WORK. I am a retired disabled and a single female. He ROBBED me on a roof job - over priced. Over calculated shingles needed... then took the extra with him. He used my materials and kept his own. Hidden charges. The contract stated the color of shingles to be used, but he used what HE wanted to make more money off me. Now one-half of the roof is one color and the other half a different color. Clearly a BREACH of contract. Does SHODDY work? I am going to sue him.

  Today after speaking to Owens Corning I now find out that this guy put CHEAPER SHINGLES ON MY ROOF contract states TWENTY FIVE yr. warranty is ONLY TWENTY yr. the warranty was to use Lowe's SUPREME ASPEN GRAY and to make more money for himself used cheapie discount store CLASSIC SHASTA WHITE.

  I am now filing a suit to the Attorney General's office.
