I bought a home that had been purchased and flipped by Agapov Construction. They delivered an incomplete house at the time of signing, with appliances missing and a lot of unfinished work. It took months after we closed and moved into the house to get it in livable a condition. They cut corners wherever they could and screwed up the installation of a the home's furnace and gas range, putting my family in danger. They installed a natural gas oven, even though the house is powered with propane. The way we discovered that the wrong unit was installed was that flames were shooting out the sides of the oven, there was soot everywhere, and the carbon monoxide detectors went off whenever we cooked. When we asked Agapov Construction to rectify the situation, they never responded. There's still a lot of work to be done on the house that was supposed to be completed when we moved in and there is no hope of ever getting Agapov back to work on them. Not that we would ever let Andre or his gang near our home again. Shady people not to be trusted!
