This has taken me a long time to write but felt the need. We started a contract around 2020 with AGC and we bailed out but lost close to 5K because he would not work with us. He never went over the exterior design of the house and finally sent us to a residential area to view a similar exterior of how he was going to build our house. I hated it and he didn't give us a choice/was not flexible so we bailed. That was easy money he took from us - that should be a crime!

Cuts corners and unwilling to fix the issues. Hoping you will just leave him alone. Half of my street has had flooding problems due to poor grading by his company. Doesn't use a laser to set grade and trys to eye ball it from a bobcat. He has come out to my house multiple times to say we would add dirt. Which at that point would only move the problem to another spot. I had to add french drainage around my house to prevent pooling around my yard. Ask anyone on my street and they could give you a similar issue that never gets fixed or fixed the cheapest way possible that won't last. When you build a home you shouldn't have to fix it as soon as you move in. Very unprofessional. Told me to get a hobby. Which writing review seems to be a good one. Don't waste your time and money on this builder.

I closed on my home in November 2017. The experience with AGC Custom Homes has been a total nightmare. They did not finish with the backyard grade. They dug dirt from my land to build up the foundation pad and have never replaced that dirt as they said they would do. My sidewalks are driveway flaking and cracking because they used cheap cement. Their painter dropped paint all over my patio and they have yet to repair this. Angel Gonzalez says that he will make it right but now it has been 18 month and he still has not followed through with repairs. BEWARE of AGC Custom Homes. I am contacting my attorney today !!!

Angel did an amazing job on our house, and he went way out of his way to accommodate all the various request I made during the build. He stayed engaged through the whole build, and always made himself available. Most importantly the house is amazing and is everything my family hoped it would be. We are very happy with the service we received, the final product that was turned over to us, and would highly recommend him as a builder. We would also like to thank Chris (the realtor) and Melody (the designer) for all their excellent work as well. Sean and Danielle Cahill
