    $450,000

    John Kang Of AGM development left my house unfinished. After 8 months and $700,000. The budget was originally $450,000. Finish time frame was 4 months. John used the old credit you back in the contract clause for kitchen cabinets. It was a way just to have you spend another $100,000 for cabinets which he would introduce another lady with no contractors license to do cabinetry. Whom will con more money out from under you. John refused to finish the house. I had to finish the project on my own with an additional $ 350,000. There we’re liens on my property from A painting company to metal stair case company . He doesn’t care about your home. I purchased Calcutta marbles had them fabricated and John Kang kept them or whichever I never saw the marbles again. My wife’s bathroom floor was calcutta gold marbles which all of them cracked due to incorrect setting. When confronted Johns excuse was the cabinetry company he brought in cracked the marbles. Either way he’s the GC, nit a responsible individual. Well then explain the cracked marbles in the showers. Bad bad bad experience. Will write more another day.
