    This company was selected from homeowners insurance. The guy answered the phone by just saying hello after about 6 rings. I had to ask if this was AGS. Very unprofessional and didn't have a good customer concern attitude. Needed heating thermostat fixed because it wouldn't come on and he said it's raining and I can't do nothing till it stops. Will see tomorrow. I thought wow what customer service. So I politely said thank you and cancelled my service request with my homeowners insurance. I'd rather pay my money to some caring business owner. So if I were you I'd run from this company and/or request another one.

    Old Republic Home Protection assigned AGS Services Inc for my garbage disposal on Thursday, 8/16. They never called back to make an appointment. They told Old Republic that they will call first thing on Monday, 8/20 morning for an appointment. They never did. Finally, Old Republic made an appointment on my behalf between 8 am and 12 am on Saturday, 8/25. They did not show up and did not call. They never called me or pickup the phone!

    Do not trust your business with this company!
    Very unprofessional and liars.
    This company was selected by my homeowner's insurance.
    They came to assess a plumbing issue and said they need to order a part, so far so good. Than they said the part would take 2 to 3 weeks to arrive, very unusual. When the time passed and we started pressing them for resolution they told us they had the part and scheduled the repair. We waited all morning and they didn't show up. Instead of calling us, they've contacted the insurance and said they didn't know how to fix the plumbing issue!!!
    The insurance reassigned the claim to another company and AGS Services won't pick up the phone, probably because they know who is calling them.

    AGS Services License# 709685 was paid by check with my name on it. The check cleared, but a few months later I got a collections letter. This took a while to clear up and his service was terrible.

    The owner/rep, Al is rude, dirty and tried to outsmart me to do a bigger job. I challenged him with the solution I had found on You Tube, which was a much smaller job. He then folded on his bluff and proceeded with the way I suggested, costing much less.

    Stay far, far away from this man and his company.

    Al is very knowledgeable, respectful and thorough. He does the best for the customers' sake and does not try to upsell equipment. He has been repairing an old air conditioner.
