Vitaliy will not return calls and does not come back to fix his poor work. His cell phone number is the 24 hour emergency number and he does not respond. He put a brand new furnace in and all the duct work it sounds like an airplane going through the house every time the heat turns on. He will not come back and fix the issue even though he knows what is wrong.
