I have used this company 4 times in the past (with or without warranty) and I honestly like their service.
They are professional, honest and thorough. Their price is also reasonable compared with the other companies who came/quouted me for the same service. Highly recommended.

I used Air Breeze for warranty work just recently and was extremely unhappy with their service. Once the job was complete, they told us we had a crimp in our copper piping which would not allow for the unit to run properly. It seemed odd that the pipe was crimped prior to the install, but more likely that it was damaged during the install. Air Breeze denied the damage.
We had another company come to repair the damaged pipe. This company let us know that the pipe was most likely damaged by the company who recently installed our new compressor, and that it would be impossible for our AC to be working this whole time with a crimped pipe.
