  AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Shockingly, these few reviews were hard to find. They need to be posted on all review sites! Lazy, incompetent, and unprofessional. If going through your home warranty like I did, request a different service provider before it’s too late! The tech arrived close to 10p ringing my doorbell multiple times and banging on my door. When I opened he claimed he wasn’t provide my cell phone number. He came in, assessed, and left without doing any work. Three days later the AC drain line was overflowing all over the place, so I scheduled a recall. I waited another week and once again he came out, assessed and did nothing. The tech claimed he’d submit a work order for a new system but after check with my warranty company, he never did! Almost a month without AC, but thankfully was able to schedule with someone reliable who fixed my AC problem.

  AVOID! Shockingly horrendous customer service. Home warranty company arranged for heating repair through them - they didn't show up to the original appointment, saying that one hadn't been scheduled. I scheduled a new one for the next day, and they didn't show up to that one either. And this is for heat...in February...

  For the second scheduled appointment the tech left me a voicemail saying he was 25 minutes out (but not asking for a return call), then left another voicemail saying if I didn't call him back he would have to reschedule. I called back immediately - literally within 2 minutes, he didn't pick up. I called the company, and the woman I spoke to literally berated me for not picking up the original call, telling me "how could you not know" that service providers need to verify you're home before arriving for a scheduled appointment, and interrupting me when I attempted to tell her that I called right back, and that nobody had ever told me it was company policy to speak to the customer before arriving for a scheduled appointment (and that is definitely NOT typical practice). Definitely a new experience, and one that I'd highly recommend you avoid!

  Replace HVAC

  DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR. I was unfortunately assigned Air HVAC through my home warranty company to replace my HVAC. I had no AC for 2 months during the summer upstairs at my house (it was 90 degrees ) because of the mishandling of this horrible contractor. Air HVAC staff are incompetent, messy, rude and show no regard or respect for your property. I had just had my patio rebuilt and they moved paver blocks from my new patio for no reason! They lied about putting down a mat to protect my new patio and soo much more! From leaving all the huge, heavy boxes of trash and old parts and telling me to throw it out myself and claiming he couldn't take the trash since he had another appointment, to lying time and time again about my scheduled appointment and not showing up, to me calling multiple times to my home warranty to follow up with Air HVAC because the office lady at Air HVAC claimed she didn't know how to submit my claim to order my new parts AND then refused to answer the phone whenever my home warranty would call them to assist...and after all of that Air HVAC requested the wrong parts to be ordered. Save yourself the time and stress and find a different contractor!

  AVOID them at all costs. I was assigned this company through my home warranty. They replaced the AC compressor without updating the cooling coil so that the two units are not compatible (different design pressures). When I called to ask them to provide a reason/fix it, they told me I was out of luck and they wouldn't do anything to correct their shoddy work. Very bad experience.
