I would not recommend this company at all. I hired them to clean my air ducts in my home. When they provided the quote, I was told what they would do which included providing videos of before and after their work. A few days after leaving my home, Lily Ordonez sent 3 photos of my ducts which was before the service. I sent a response asking about the videos that she said would be taken of ducts when they finished the service and never received a response. Two days later I sent another message and she responded saying they don't have videos. I asked how would I know if the work was done correctly if I don't have a video to see. She then said she would send a tech to my home to take videos. Time passed and I didn't hear from her so I messaged her back to find out what time the tech was coming. She responded saying they weren't coming. She became very unprofessional and blocked me from being able to message her. She also unsent the message on FB messenger which quoted the price of the service and that it would include videos. She also charged me more than what she quoted. Lily is very unprofessional and rude. She told me I am the worst kind of customer who would eat a meal and then not want to pay for it. I never once asked for my money back. I simply asked for the videos that were supposed to be sent to show the work the I paid for to get done. Videos of the work done are standard for this type of work and should have been provided. The fact that she unsent the message quoting the price which included videos so it is no longer visible shows how shady this company is. They were also about 45 minutes late for the appointment without notifying me they were running late. I had to message them to find out if they were still coming. Again, I do not recommend this company.
