2016: install new unit without upgrading flex ducts from 12" to 14" as required.
2023: third blower motor replaced because of this.

This contractor came to my house tole me a needed a certain part to fix my A/C The tech Eddie came back to install the part they said i needed. The next day a Holiday weekend (Easter) I called back and left several messages the A/C was still doing the same thing NOT WORKING!!! I had charged $665 on my credit card for paymentI. They never called me on the following Monday I had to call them!! I had to call another company Schmitt A/C to fix the problem. Schmitt had a totally different diagnosis and had to wait 1 1/2 weeks for the part which was a fan motor and the charge was $624. Aire Associates is a FRAUD!!! They sold me a part I didnot need!! It took the tech 15 min to install. Credit card says they performed the service so no money back from the dispute!! Aire Associates refuses to give me any money back and know my phone number so when i call they pick up the phone and hang up!!!!! Went to the address listed on the internet for Aire Associates it is a house located off Rowan Rd. NO ANSWER!! no one would come to the door!!! This is FRAUD just selling parts that people don't need---- and were going to charge me more money for another part when i called back because it wasn't still working!!! BEWARE OF THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY!! THEY WERE ALSO UNDER A DIFFERENT NAME> Admiral AIr! I wonder why? DO YOURSELF A FAVOR DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Be very careful! of this company. Brand new comfort maker installed 4 years ago and now 4 years later, the AC still has problems. Costing me money to repair. What a bunch of clowns! 3 of his installers, at my house from 10am to approximately 9 pm and were stumbling over each other. Kept finding them on the side of my house making personal phone calls, meanwhile the supervisor ended up cursing at them; IN MY HOUSE!!! It was obvious that there was animosity between them, every other word was a swear word! Left their trash behind, disgusting! Got an economic loan through PASCO county. This company was recommended to me by the GC. From the very fist day, I knew I would have a problem. I was right! Because I got the loan, they just don’t care about those homes. The owner came back and redesigned the air handler. Not happy at all with this system or his design. He installed a 2 ton unit, other AC mechanics said they would of recommend a 2.5 ton unit. I cannot believe the stress I went through and now worrying if it will break down again!!! They just don’t care.

No I don’t recommend this company! They do not honor their work! After servicing my unit 3 times the pitch on my drain pan unexplainable became altered which caused an overflow to drain into the ceiling and caused ceiling collapse! The owner totally dismissed any responsibility for his companies liability and even lied about it!!

Fantastic, competent and professional. Two other contractors could not find out what the problem was with my AC unit. Cory diagnosed the problem as a bad circuit card and also found a coolant leak. He was an outstanding technician and a definite asset to his company. They are now my number one go AC company for any future problems!
