The techs of this company have no clue what they are doing. They showed up at my house and changed the capacitor. But the tech reversed the connection and made the system heat up and go bad. Now they are trying to figure out what is going on. The third tech showed up and said need to replace the fan but not sure if that will work. The customer service ladies are very rude. They know i am desperate so they simply ask do you want to go with us or find someone else.

The worst service ever. They don't even deserve 1 star. They need to pay us for all the work we're doing on their behalf. The AC stopped working on the first week of July where a technician came on July 5th and we've entered the 3rd week and it has still not been fixed. The employee Monica is extremely unprofessional and rude. She hung up on me once and would say unnecessary comments such as "I do not want to bother American Home Shield" "you can call and check your own status"
"I've been very patient with you". I'm not sure what these replies are to someone who does not have AC with this heat. Save your money and do business with someone else! Personally Monica was not being helpful whenever I ask for ideas she does not want to accommodate and help.
