Very personable staff. Good roofing and siding job done but very dissatisfied with side porch erected. Two years after construction, contacted owner of company because of the splitting wood in the entire porch. He came and inspected it and only got excuses as to the 'quality of wood sold' and offered no resolution to fixing the problem. My old porch lasted 20+ years and don't expect what I have now to last another 3 years.
