Very unprofessional company, poor quality service, failed to adhere to the contract by not providing the roof warranty and certificate. This company ran off and did not provide a finished product and continues to ignore my calls emails and texts.

Do not use ALB Construction (217 Persimmon Circle in Reisterstown, Maryland). Poor customer service. A normal new roof install is 4 days if no bad weather. It took them 20 days. With only 2days of bad weather. No courtesy calls when no show. First day of rain after new roof installed rain pouring in bedroom. Promised to fix it next day. Failed to show and no courtesy call to say otherwise. Had to initiate call each time.

Hired ALB to complete 3 roof replacements and other roofing/gutter work. When I began to a leak he will not honor the 5 year warranty he claims comes with the workmanship. Refuses to respond. He originally responded saying "we patched it in several places" and now I am sure that was was actually done NOT replacements. I thought Mr. Burton was an honest business man but now I see he scammed me and is NOT a man of his word. Will be pursuing restitution in court.
