Don Alberto reconfigured our 1950's split level house. We had to keep the footprint; but what he did with cantilevering etc was amazing. Since then, I've had a new-to-the-neighborhood person ring the bell and ask if she could see the blueprints. Recently, an obnoxious architect we were forced to use due to his affiliation with the contractor, looked at Don's blueprint and couldn't help but comment about the amount of additional usable space he was able to extract from what had been a typical split level house. My son just bought a house in New Jersey, and immediately asked if Don is licensed in New Jersey...and that's how I noticed this opportunity to write a review. Almost forgot; an honorable, and easy-to-work-with professional.
