I am building an 800 Sq. Ft. shop next to my house and the grade has a 4 foot slope front to back and the county required it to be raised an additional 12 inches above the lowest part of the grade, so required a large stem wall in the back and one side. It required 70 tons of fill rock. I got 4 bids from 20k to 34k. Abel Alcazar is the nicest hard working guy and the low bid. He did excellent professional work. Passed County inspection of course. I could not be happier.
