My experience with Brian Alderman of Alderman Contracting was poor. He remodeled our master bathroom in 2016 and did a terrible job. When we attempted to get a refund of the money we paid to have the work done over, he filed for bankruptcy and our case was dismissed.

We had a tile floor installed and he did a wonder job. I have gotten nothing but great compliments on the new floor. He was reasonably priced and we couldn't be happier. I would recommend him to anyone who wants to get work done.

He installed Patio Doors for us. A 3 hour job he said, took all day long, His helper and him couldn't even figure out how to install the doors. They done alot of damage to the door installing them and the one piece they couldn't figure out where it went, after drilling 20 holes to figure it out, they just left it off and took it with them. Now my door is full of holes, the weather stripping is damaged and the piece they couldn't figure out where it went, turns out that piece sealed the door. They installed the doors unlevel. The piece on top of the door on the outside just falls off. They ripped off a piece of siding off the house, which was not replaced. And every time we try to contact him, he DOES NOT call back. Do not recommend using him at all. oh, and we found out that because off the damage he done installing the patio doors, voided our warranty on brand new doors!

Really poor work ethics and no response to communication. The 5-star review here is fishy. Took much longer than promised to complete deck job. No response to messages. Quality of work is very poor. Some of the deck boards not secured properly. Read other review and see other people problems with Brian / Alderman Contracting. Stay away!!
