I had a horrible experience with is Craft Custom Homes, LCC. They still have not finished the 5 lot development, even 5 months post-settlement. We still have outstanding items to be completed in our individual home and the development has not been finished (street paving, landscaping). They are unresponsive, have poor project management and terrible customer service. Ryan, the owner, has been combative, defensive and continues to have a lack of commitment to finishing the development.
