We purchased our home from Alexander Homes in February, 2021. They were wonderful to work with and excellent as far as communication and reply time. There was absolutely no pressure from our salesman, Gil, but he always had the information & answers we needed. This company does quality work and even though we had to wait on some things due to the state of the economy…it was well worth the wait. We would highly recommend Alexander Homes ll!!

The workmanship is the worst. Mark himself came out to inspect home and assured us all would be corrected. This proved to be false . We paid for new materials and wound up with wood being cut from the foundation boards being installed on roof fascia along with the cement on them. Roof sheathing has been ruined due to months of exposure to rain. Manufacturer of sheathing has issued a letter twice with the second voiding 20 year warranty . The letter also states all sheathing must be removed and new material installed due to improper installation and weather exposure. Roof trusses and interior studs have documented mold. Radiant barrier on sheathing has multiple missing areas and was attempted to cover up with aluminum tape. Electrical work is now being rerun due to abandonment by contractor and is being redone by new electrician. Model has been sold and all employees are gone. Chapter 11 filed and builder is demanding additional funds above contract to complete 15 houses under construction. Claims he won’t make the profit he wants. His deal is pay up more or he wants to cancel each contract. There is no escalation clause in his contract so he states he had to use the chapter 11 system to get the money he wants. Our home has been ruined by his poor attention to producing a NEW home using new materials. I do not recommend his business.
