AAM employees are great, but the management are not to be trusted. I could provide a long list, but most recently, a mold test they said would be provided as part of their service to us, was later charged to us in full from the company THEY hired. This was never the arrangement and they have never taken the time to explain why they dumped this bill on us almost a year after our house flooded. They don't return calls or emails anymore, they just sent us the bill without explanation. Eventually, if you aren't dropping a big insurance pay off in their lap, they treat you like dirt. I highly encourage anyone in need of these kinds of services to look elsewhere. One of my great regrets in life was hiring AAM when we found ourselves in a disaster; they were supposed to "mitigate" the disaster, now, over a year past one of the worst months in our family's life, they've only exacerbated the problem.
