My experience hiring ALL-CLEAR ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES LLC,
(215) 908-5095 at 5357 LARGE STREET PHILADELPHIA, PA 19124
is and was AN AWFUL AND CURRENT NIGHTMARE. I hired this company's owner to inspect the inside of my home for Lead Paint in order that I could receive a rental license on my property. This person, after 3 weeks (12/6/2023) since inspecting my property, he still HAS NOT submitted the paperwork to the city of Philadelphia, stating whether there is is not Lead on my property. Moreover, he charged me $300 for the lead inspection which consisted of him wiping my floors and windows, total 6 minutes. Afterwards, he conned me out of an additional $1,000 to paint my home outside windows (less than an hour of work) and he told me he would NOT have my property to pass the Lead Inspection, unless I had my four windows painted. Additionally, he left paint spilled all over the steps leading to my doorsteps; he left dripped paint on the windows. He further had the balls to complain about his "Brother" dying and who may not live passed 2 more days. In conclusion, he refuses to return my phone calls and text messages.
